If your order subtotal is $100 CAD or more, we’ll waive the standard shipping charge of $10. Canadian Shipments will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Shipping with Tracking information.
$10 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING - CAN:
For orders less than $100 CAD, we ship all Canadian orders using Canada Post Expedited for a flat-rate cost of $10 CAD. Once your order has shipped, a Canada Post Tracking Number will be emailed to you. Orders should arrive within 4-10 business days, however due to increased demand for shipping, there may be delays in receiving your package. Please allow 24 hours for the Tracking Number to become active.

If your order subtotal is over $100 CAD, we'll waive the standard shipping charge of $10. US Shipments will be sent via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA.
$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - USA:
For orders less than $100 CAD, we ship using Canada Post Tracked Packet Air USA with tracking information for a $10 flat-rate cost.
Shipments sent to the USA may experience delays due to customs processing.
Please note: we cannot guarantee shipping times. Canada Post is currently not providing any kind of guarantee for delivery dates this holiday season.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You will also be notified if we are aware of any significant delay expected due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
At this time, we are only shipping to Canada & the USA.
DUTIES & IMPORT FEES:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Island Lake Lodge is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our downtown location: 602A 2nd Avenue, Fernie, BC. In-store pick-up is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm MT, excluding holidays.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
