Returns & Exchanges
If the product that you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory or defective, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer an exchange or return your item for full refund, minus the shipping cost. All sales items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
To qualify for a refund, return or exchange, you must meet the following conditions:
* The product(s) has not been washed.
* The product(s) has not been worn or damaged.
* The product(s) must be in re-sellable condition.
* The product(s) are not a SALE item.
To initiate a RETURN / REFUND or EXCHANGE:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Name, Order Number and let us know why you would like to return/refund or exchange an item.
2. Next mail the item back to us at:

3. Once the item is received & inspected, we will process your refund or mail out a replacement item.
4. Please note that the customer is responsible for the Shipping Costs for returning the item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the item back to you.
